On-Site photoshoot

Portable studio set up in your office, event venue or your preferred site.

Hybrid Photoshoot

Part photographed at the studio and part at your premises.

Benefits:

  • Photographing some staff at your workplace (saving travel time) and others at the studio.

  • Alternatively a “mini studio” set up on location for consistent corporate shots, but also capture lifestyle/branding shots in natural surroundings nearby.

  • Used when a company has a split workforce, remote workers, or wants different styles for different uses. 

Unlimited shots taken with all packages – although it’s usually about 5/6 per person/set-up – depending on how easy it is to capture them; some people take a headshot very quickly; others need a bit more time. Individuals are welcome to check their shots to make sure they’re happy before we’re finished.

My editing process is light and natural, to flatter the subject but does not look fake. I may remove a small spot or adjust a hair out of place or blemish,
otherwise I don’t do any ‘cosmetic surgery’, unless someone specifically asks me for something. The idea is that everyone looks like themselves, at their very best!

After the shoot, images are uploaded to my password protected CLIENT area on my website, where everyone can select their favourite shot. Instructions
will be sent after the shoot. These images are then edited and uploaded onto the gallery ready for you to download and use without any restriction. If you wish to select extra images, they are £10 each. 

FEES

The basic one day fee is £250 for photographing, covering up to 6 people, which includes retouching. 

The fee for each additional staff headshot is £25 (maximum 1 day total 35 people). For larger number of staff, additional day/s will be required at this same rate. (Travel costs will be applied if the location is more than 5 miles from the Southend-on-Sea studio)

Special bulk rates available for companies with requiring over 80 headshots.
